Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or registering on the fd66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between fd66 and the user, applicable to all use of any part of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals aged 18 or above residing in Bangladesh. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering or using the fd66 platform. If a user registers by providing a false age, their account will be immediately terminated and fd66 reserves the right to freeze all associated transactions.
Fd66 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
Account Creation & Security
To register on fd66, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination and the suspension of any pending transactions. Each user may only create one account, and any attempt to register multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited, and fd66 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such activity. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the fd66 support team immediately.
Fd66 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Once your deposits or withdrawals exceed a certain threshold, you may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport along with any other required documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the fd66 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any form of fraudulent activity, software manipulation, use of bots, operating multiple accounts, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
Exploiting any technical glitch or bug on the platform for personal gain is strictly prohibited. If you discover a bug, it is your responsibility to report it to the support team immediately. Any winnings or bonuses obtained by exploiting such errors will be considered void, and the account involved may be subject to further action.
Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other users on the fd66 platform is strictly prohibited. Users must treat support staff with respect across all communication channels, including live chat. fd66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for inappropriate conduct without prior notice.
Using fd66 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant legal authorities. fd66 complies with international financial regulations and actively monitors suspicious transactions. Users are required to be transparent about the source of their funds.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Policy
All transactions on the fd66 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved local payment methods. Deposits from third-party bank accounts or payment methods are not accepted and will be automatically rejected.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, though this timeframe may be extended due to KYC verification or security reviews. Withdrawals will always be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in the Payments section of the platform.
Accepting any bonus or promotional offer from fd66 means the specific terms of that bonus apply. A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being forfeited, and any associated winnings may not be eligible for withdrawal.
If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, fd66 reserves the right to correct the transaction. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, fd66 may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing. All transaction records are stored on fd66's own servers and will be treated as the definitive record in any dispute.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
The fd66 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees of fitness for any particular purpose. fd66 is not liable for any financial loss arising from technical outages, server downtime, network issues, or third-party software failures. Users access the platform at their own risk and bear full responsibility for any money lost through gaming or betting.
If fd66 is unable to deliver its services due to circumstances beyond its control — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, or other force majeure events — fd66 will not be liable for any resulting losses. In such situations, fd66 will endeavor to resolve affected user requests as quickly as possible. Any bets that were pending at the time of the disruption will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules once the service is restored.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fd66 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software code, text, audio, and video — is protected under the intellectual property rights of fd66 or its licensors. Users may only use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or transferring any content to a third party without fd66's prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The fd66 platform may at times feature games or services provided by third parties. fd66 is not responsible for the quality, security, or availability of these third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third party's own terms before using their services. fd66 is under no obligation to provide compensation for any failure or loss attributable to a third party.
Account Suspension, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Fd66 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user account in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false information, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where possible, users will be notified of the reason before any action is taken; however, in cases of serious violations, fd66 may act without prior notice. If an account is closed, any verified balance will generally be refunded, though balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a breach of these Terms.
Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The account will be closed once all pending transactions have been processed. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, users may also request self-exclusion or deposit and wagering limit settings.
Changes to Terms
Fd66 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, along with the date of the latest update.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any dispute between fd66 and a user will first be referred to mutual negotiation for resolution. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh. Should any provision of these Terms be found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
